Rates & Availability

All of the times shown on the General Availability Calendars are subject to the rate of $150/hour.

  • 1 hour of mediation (General Availability): $150
  • 1 hour of mediation (Excluded Hours): $150 + $20 per hour outside of General Availability
  • Drafting an Agreement: $100 per hour (generally takes 1 hour; 2 hours for more complicated cases)

Once we have accepted your booking, we will send you a link for online payment.

Scheduling time during excluded hours

We understand that sometimes our available hours aren’t ideal for your situation. If you are interested in booking mediations outside of our general availability, please contact us; we look at these requests on a case-by-case basis. If we are able to accommodate your request, please understand that an additional service fee will be applied. We charge an additional $20 per hour for each hour the desired time falls outside of our General Availability, as illustrated below.

1 hour of mediation 1 hour outside of General Availability: $170 (when available), for example, from 7pm-8pm MDT Saturday would be charged $170.

Examples:
  1. Ex: To schedule a two-hour appointment from 6:30pm-8:30pm MDT on a Saturday, the rate would be:
  • $150 per hour x 2 hours = $300 (base rate for 2 hours)
  • $30 for 1 hour which starts 1.5 hours outside of general availability (6:30pm-7:30pm MDT; outside availability fee)
  • $10 for 1 hour which starts 0.5 hours outside of general availability (7:30-8pm; outside availability fee)
  • $300+$30+$10 = $340 TOTAL

$150 per hour plus $30 plus $10, or $340 total (if available).

2. Ex: To schedule a two-hour appointment from 7am-9am MDT on a Saturday, the rate would be:

  • $150 per hour x 2 hours = $300 (base rate for 2 hours)
  • $40 for 1 hour which lies 2 hours outside of general availability (7am-8am; outside availability fee)
  • $60 for 1 hour which lies 3 hours outside of general availability (8am-9am; outside availability fee)
  • $300+$40+$60=$400 TOTAL
